Neil was very friendly and meticulous in his handling of the issues. He answered all of my questions and cleaned up after the job completion.
6/9/26 - I called at 8 AM to schedule a job for a water leak and they told me they would send someone out later today. 7 hours go by and I call them again at 3:20 PM and they told me that they mixed up their notes and my phone number appeared as spam. This was very unprofessional of this company to not stay organized, especially with all 5 star reviews.
I can't say enough good things about Alexander Plumbing. I am so grateful that I found them. They are dependable, respectful and do great work. They come out when they say they will. They explain my options to me. They fix the problem. They clean up before they leave. I have used them several times and will never use anyone else. Highly recommend them.
On schedule, complete, and reasonable price.
We’ve had these guys out here for a few things over the years. Every time they are always really cool. They do good work for a good price. And we’ve never had to call them back for the same issue twice.
