Dr. Alexander Pang very kind and caring. He explained what was to be done so I could understand. A special shout out to his assistant Shawntae, she was excellent, kind, caring and very patient also the front desk lady she was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend D. Pang. Excellent experience with this man, he also is straight up no nonsense kind of DR. And thats exactly what I needed when , I was going through the bladder issues that I had. Thanks Dr Pang
I have tried to work with Dr. Pang for years now and I am now giving up. It was bad enough that he is dismissive, curt and condescending (I was continuing therapy from a previous doctor's office that was no longer in my network), but items that we discussed between 1 appointment and the next were forgotten and not in his "notes." So I have to start the process all over again and withstand the same dismissive crap I got the first time. Doctor was extremely rude and condescending. I literally walked out in tears. It’s already hard enough dealing with a major issue and then for a doctor to make you feel even worse after a visit is the worst. The entire conversation was him being so harsh and pushing me out as if he had no patience and making it seem like I was wasting his time.
