Dr Hughes came to see me every single day, while I was in ICU.
I had L1-L5 fusion in February of 2020 literally 2 weeks before covid closed everything up. I had 2 prior spine surgeries and they failed. I was told that nothing more could be done. I took a chance and contacted Dr Hughes office on the recommendation of a friend. I can tell you without any hesitation that I would not be walking today if it wasn't for Dr Hughs and HSS. I have never posted any reviews for any Dr, recently ran into him at the hospital by chance, and I couldn't thank him enough. 6 years ago, Oct 2018 he did a lower spine fusion on me, 3 disks removed, I am completely happy with the results, and my current condition. Thanks to Dr Hughes and the entire staff at HSS. I work in the construction field and I consider the surgery a total success.
