Why do I like Dr. Ou he is compassionate, he listen to all my needs. He encourages me when I feel like nothing is working. He is simply an amazing man. He left Pearland and moved to Pasadena so I followed him because no one compares to the service he provides me. I appreciate him
He cares, he's accessible, knowledgeable yet easy to talk to, and his staff has been amazing too. I'm at the beginning of what is probably a very long journey, and I'm happy to have found the support I'm going to need through it all.
Excellent care, professional and great listener. Explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Great nurse and office staff. The phlebotomist deserves a raise, I didn't feel any discomfort during a blood draw. Great job to all!
He was pleasant and informative.
Dr. Ou was very patient and knowledgable! He took his time and explained everything to me. He made sure my uneasiness and doubts were resolved before I left. I would definitely recommend!
