I saw Dr. Mundy for my left knee arthritis and could not be more complimentary! He diagnosed the issue and treated it effectively. Dr. Mundy was very responsive to all my questions and requests, and actually called me back on most occasions himself. I have worked in the medical device field my entire life and have had many experiences with surgeons. Dr. Mundy was very knowledgeable and approachable. His team was also great to work with making it a great experience all around! Sarasota is lucky to have him!
Dr. Mundy and his team Marlene and Emily are amazing. It’s the only medical practice I have used (two times this year) that unlike most others actually answers the phone promptly, has excellent follow through, are super warm and professional, and both times there was no wait at all between arriving and seeing Dr. Mundy (and he was booked solid both times). Dr. Mundy is also thorough, the exam did not feel rushed, and I really liked his approach and the efficacy of his treatment plan. Highly recommended.
5 Stars, all categories, bar none. Dr. Mundy and his team, especially Marlene... just wow. A surgeon who 'cuts last', maintains as much of your native 'moving parts' as possible before moving on to 'cut and replace' is, in itself, amazing. But their kindness, their willingness to go above and beyond, their patience when asked to explain something a third or even fourth time for us non medical folk, simply incredible. I saw Dr Mundy for a shoulder issue and could not be happier. Office staff was great to work with and Dr. Mundy was extremely engaging and thorough in exam and explanation of condition and recommended treatment. Highest of recommendations!
Our son had a baseball injury and Dr. Mundy helped above and beyond getting him diagnosed and a plan for treatment. His whole team is definitely fully dedicated to their patient. Very knowledgeable and knows how to move the process along.
