Amazing customer service, rooms were clean and presentable, good heating and cooling in the room and very quiet area. We were very pleased and surprised as it is very budget friendly, will definitely be my number 1 choice if were back in that area!

Awesome place to stay. I would give it an 8.3 but shower was outdated and leaking but the parking was amazing and it was a laid back stay. I'll be staying here again. For the price of accommodation and location and the friendly staff.

리셉션 닫는 시간 이후 체크인 예정이라면 메일 보내두면 우편함에 열쇠넣어두고 비번 알려주심. 저녁도착 비행기에 시티까지 가는 택시비+시티 쪽 숙소비 너무 비싸서 공항이랑 시티사이에 있는 여기에 도착한 1박만 묵었는데요, 전반적으로 만족해요.. 따로 요청안했더니 2층 숙소 걸려서ㅠ 캐리어 들고 오르락 내리락 한거 빼곤 다 만족 〜! 화장실도 넓고 주거지역이라 그런가 시끄럽지도 않고 나름 뷰도 예뼈요. 어매니티 없음.. 와이파이는 잘 됨. 체크아웃할때 직원분이 친절했음. 트램 바로 앞이라 타기 좋음 공항이랑 가까운편이지만 공항 셔틀서비스는 따로없음

We had a pleasant stay! The best was the bed -- spacious, very comfy, have enough pillows and blankets, and I had a restful sleep which is not common for me when travelling. Location was also convenient. The staff were nice and understanding. We appreciate them leaving cutlery and dishes in the room when we arrived. Thank you and we won't hesitate to stay again when visiting Melbourne.
