I called Tuesday morning about my child needing to be seen and what they wanted to do. Its Thursday. No word back. They told me theyd never let a child wait for treatment yet let mine go with possible strep for at least two days. If we go to a clinic they deroster us, if we go to emerg its an ungodly amount of hours. Just because you are closing doesnt mean you stop caring for you patients before its actually closed.
Amazing Doctor. He took great care of me in the ER and obtained a very quick referral so the issue would be investigated more fully sooner rather than later. Deepest gratitude for Dr. Ferreira. Thank you.
