Would not recommend to my worst enemies. Lied to at every turn about insurance, referrals, billing; and after 20+ phone calls over probably 8 months, they then accused ME of lying, saying there's no way what I described could have happened, even though numerous times they had already apologized for it happening. I will be filing an official complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. Your front desk staff is welcoming & helpful. The nurse that did the initial information weigh in was professional & friendly. Dr. Cook was awesome, taking time to get to know me since this was the first time seeing me.
Very thorough and kind. Great listener and extremely timely. He made a great first impression for my first appointment.
