I recently bought a 2020 f250 from there it was my mistake for not looking over the truck for 2 hours to make sure everything is good to go but it was raining that day so I only took a 5 minute test drive. Alexander Ford has done many things which are poor business practices. When buying a used car, the salesman stood in front of a broken door handle and insisted on riding in the seat with the broken handle so we would not get near it. Then he promised a spare key for the car, which was not delivered. With another vehicle, we called in to get an appointment for a recall.
