Reason: Poor communication between employees. Poor customer communication. Poor customer service and poor work quality. In February my van got broken into while visiting my brother in the hospital in San Francisco. We replaced the window because we didn’t want water damage from the weather but chose to wait until we got home to fix a window switch that got damaged from glass shards, the door panel and some paint touch ups due to chipping.
