The information provided is false. I practiced in courts located in Crittenden County, which is the West Memphis area. The reviewer had a ticket in Craighead County, which is Jonesboro. The reviewer gave my office the wrong court location. I appeared in West Memphis, as I did not travel to Jonesboro to handle traffic tickets. I was referred to Tonya from another attorney because she covered the West Memphis, AR area. Tonya agreed to take my simple ticket case and go to court for me since I lived outside of the area in a different state. Tonya went to the wrong court and then proceeded to tell me the correct court was out of her area. Since she went to the wrong court, I received a Failure To Appear (FTA) notice from the court and my fine doubled.
