Great doctor, terrible customer service. Years ago was reliable and easy to schedule appointments, even walk in. Last couple years have had issues even getting someone to answer the phone and have to work around him in different offices.
My daughter tore her "trial contact" while she was at school, I called to see if I could pick up another - she saw the doctor 3 weeks ago. Whoever answered the phone said that I could for $35, but my daughter had to be with me. I thought $35 was a bit high for one contact, but also thought that it was illegal for samples to be sold! So, I called back and asked if she could please email the rx so I could try to get the contacts today. She told me she could only hand deliver or send to whoever was filling the rx... I have seen Dr. Abramson since 2009. He has corrected my vision better than anyone I have through the years. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring.I would highly recommend his practice.
I've been going to Dr. Abramson for about 20 years or more. Love the office staff, love him! Very through , compassionate, caring and visits don't take forever!!
