Dr Kotlyar is the best fertility doctor you can ever have ! He is patient , quick to respond , extremely knowledgeable , he is kind , even when i experienced a loss (that had nothing to do with him ) he spoke with me when i was no longer in his care, He was very sympathetic and open to helping me conceive again .
