Excellent doctor.
Well after 2 hours later trying to get some answers to make an appointment I decided to go over myself in hopes that someone will listen and cooperate .. well someone did front desk ... Except there was this I would say nasty person with comments .. no you should not take this one if us lunch time ! Oh no why these people show up wrong time .. you come first not them & I think these comments someone who works in medical field is very much uneceptable and inappropriate .. very poorly managed front dest needs training ..
Great office staff, fast and efficient and friendly. Dr. KIRSHENBAUM was excellent, good bedside manner. It was a great experience, highly recommend.
My visit to this Dr's office is by far the worst Dr's office experience I have ever experienced. I called their office and provided them with my insurance information. I was told they accept my insurance. I waited a month for my appointment. Registered on line ahead of the appointment. I arrived on time gave them my insurance card and ID. I paid my co-pay and gave a urine sample. I was then told they do not accept my insurance. I drove 25 miles to this office and it was a complete waste of my time and money.
