Dr. Nahas and her assistant are great, as is the big guy that does the initial exam before you see the doctor. I’ve always had a great experience at that practice until yesterday, when a woman named Carmen did my exam. She was unfriendly and unapologetic. I waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time, and then she poked me in the eyeball several times with the machine. It was very stunning office and they made you feel so comfortable!
My mother in law let me know the office made her feel quite disrespected as she just called for an appointment and was met with disdain. The front office staff has to be trained more adequately.
