We were loyal customers of Alexander Jewelers for over 10 years, and what happened recently was deeply disappointing and heartbreaking for our family. Incredible store. Great selection and even better staff. Took my watch to be resized and in less than 5 minutes.. service complete. No pressure to buy but was definitely interested in some pieces they had. Will definitely return
