My kid just went to Alexander Jewelers, and not only did they do a great job fixing his chain, but their customer service was great! If you need to have your jewelry fixed, this is the place!

Incredible store. Great selection and even better staff. Took my watch to be resized and in less than 5 minutes.. service complete. No pressure to buy but was definitely interested in some pieces they had. Will definitely return
