Worst experience we've had out of all works on our property. Her workers were nice but toni was changing thing to suit her narrative all the time. Wanted more money than agreeing, changing terms last minute, poor communication, lieing to us and as soon as we paid in full we were just ignored, as it stands we still have a dishwasher that doesn't shut properly, quartz island that's still creaking and not fitting right, a hob that wasn't installed to regs and that's to name a few, honestly never again. A real pleasure to work with this family business. They helped us significantly during the design phase of our en suite project and got the works done on site quickly and without fuss. The end result looks great and we can’t wait to get them back to do our bathroom!

I would be very happy to recommend this company. Neil and Toni completed a renovation project for us, including a new boiler, kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom. Completed to a high standard, would use them again.

UPDATE to response - 4 months after original post. New pics added show what the tiles and bathroom actually look like close up. This is reality. Tiles were over sanded and incorrectly sealed and need restoration. They forgot to mention the leak from the bathroom through the ceiling into room below and onto our electric box after finishing. The ‘custom made’ waste is a bit of brass stuck on top of the original waste: This was because they fitted a waste that was incompatible with the tiles.
