Dr. Jack strikes me as very competent and polite. Pretty easy on the eyes too
As a new patient I was surprised at how quickly they were able to fit me it. Doctor Jack and all his staff were courteous, fast and addressed all of my concerns. Will be returning for future needs without a doubt.
As for Dr. Jack, he is amazing, super nice, very professional, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses each complaint appropriately. The girl at the front desk is super nice and does her best to assist you with your needs. As for the MAs, one girl (tall, skinny blonde haired), seemed to be in a rush to get in/out of my room, leaving me with unexpressed concerns. Very mad at the lack of competence of the staff , I had a biopsy done and after two full weeks no word from doctors office ! just called and was told it was cancer . One would think something like this would be treated with priority but not with this bunch .
