The staff and doctor are amazing. They really make me feel welcomed and cared for. I get anxious at doctor's offices but they make me feel more at ease.

Dr. Williams is excellent! The facility was great. All the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and nurse anesthetist introduced themselves and explained what they were doing.
I had an initial visit with Dr. Alexander Williams last week so that I can have an established Endocrinologist here in Florida where I reside. The Endocrinologist who was taking excellent care of me is in Chicago. Dr. Williams was thorough, knowledgeable, competent, accommodating, professional, kind, and considerate. He went above and beyond by giving me his samples for my initial doses of Mounjaro, which my in- network pharmacy couldn't fill due to the medication being out-of-stock.
