Dr Rodriguez is wonderful! Office staff, not so much. Very rude when you call about a complaint. I’ve been there twice and was supposed to get a referral for a CT scan both times. Guess what, no referral. Not impressed with this office at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful but the customer service at his office is absolutely terrible. They do not return calls. They do not stagger lunches and therefore leave patients waiting in the lobby without answers. It’s very disappointing.
Dr Rodriguez has a great bedside manner. He and all the staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. I have never felt rushed while being seen.
