From the start I am always greeted with a friendly smile upon checking in. This is most appreciated. I get good quality care at AARA, but with only one doctor you can only get to see him in conjunction with a visit with the PA. Dr Hu is top notch, but you can no longer make an appointment to see just Dr Hu. The infusion nurses are fantastic, making sure you have everything you need including a wide variety of chips, cookies, and drinks to snack on. THE INFUSION DEPARTMENT DESPERATELY NEEDS NEW CHAIRS!!! Receptionist was very nice and Dr. Hu"s PA was excellent.
