Cannot fault the drs or staff and would give them 5 stars. But since the new phone system has been implemented getting through to anyone is almost impossible without being in a queue for five minutes or more.
Complete joke and a waste of time!! 111 made me a appointment to see the pharmacist at platt bridge. The pharmacist told me i needed antibiotics. Made me a referal to the gp. Gp tries to give me pain killers to cure a infection. He has clearly been brainwashed and told not to give them out. Nhs should be scrapped. Those doctors are a joke!! If i paid £500 private they would give them no problem. System is a joke!! Rang to book my daughter an appointment today and the receptionist was brilliant! So so helpful, answered all my questions and explained things for the appointment. Brilliant receptionist!
Alexander house surgery is one of the best GP Doctors & Staff. I would strongly recommended Dr. Ahmed is more intelligent & efficient in his profession.
