On December 11, 2019, I sent a message asking for clarification regarding the heating hours of the pool. I asked if they were based on dates or 24hrs. At which time they explained they were based on nights. January 21, 2020 we decided to heat the pool for the entire stay based on dates not hours. Be transparent about the quality and state of the homes. Do not advertise or sell a home as renovated or brand new, when it is clearly over 20 years old, stocked with threadbare sheets and towels, broken furniture and dirty carpet. I would recommend to anyone considering Alexander Homes to head to Airbnb or a similar home sharing site, instead, so you can read REAL home reviews AND be protected if you show up and your vacation rental is garbage.
Nice people and good quality vacation homes
Customers services sucks hard to et a hold of... paid over 200$ to get pool heated which is still at the same temperature as 4 days ago... very poor services
