Best price. Best service. Best work. My condenser coil had a leak and Alexander’s took the ball & ran with it. My part was on back order so summer in the low country w/ no a/c is not good. Luckily the part came in a week early and their work was done immediately. No scheduling, no further sales pitches, just did it: immediately/same day it arrived! I highly recommend Alexander’s.

Called Chris on Friday evening of Labor Day weekend, he sent technician out Sat morning. Diagnosed problem as needing new evaporator coil. Being that the unit was only five years old, Chris confirmed with Carrier the coil was covered under warranty - I had to pay for refrigerant and labor. New coil was installed first thing Tuesday am and has been working fine.
