We should have written this review a couple of years ago, but with the temperature today near 100 degrees in Cameron Park (and we are nice and cool inside) we are reminded how incredibly grateful we are for the work done by Dathan and his extraordinary team. When our A/C broke during a heat wave, Dathan came promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed for the repair, and kept us informed until the part was delivered and installed. Dathan & daughter were exceptional! We had to replace our existing furnace due to power surges from PG&E during the Caldor fire which burned the interior components. We received a reasonable quote from Dathan and we had a new furnace installed in a few days. Also Dathan came by twice to insure the new furnace was working properly and took the old furnace away. If you need a new furnace I would definitely recommend Dathan and his company, Alexander Pros!
