I went to Dr. Gougoutas to have a facial cyst near my eye removed. I’ve had a cyst previously (not on my face) and have used a dermatologist, which left me with an unsightly scar. I contemplated using a Moh’s trained dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for the removal on my face. I would like to sing the praises of Dr. Gougoutas for his expertise and his abilities as a surgeon as well as his perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, which put me at ease before and during my surgery. In 2023, before I met Dr. Gougoutas, I had started the process of having a 360 tummy tuck, breast implant and lift and BBL in another state. I had the BBL, breast implants and the back half of the 360 tummy tuck completed but started bleeding out during breast implants which ultimately ceased the completion of the rest of my surgery. I found out that this happened because I have a bleeding disorder called VonWillebrands Disease (vWD). I highly recommend Dr. Gougoutas to anyone considering a scar revision. I had a deep scar on my forehead that made me feel self-conscious.
