Dr Gecht is awesome. I have been a patient of Dr Gecht for over 30 yrs. I started with him when Dr Lee retired and his office was on Lily Pond Rd. My wife changed doctors and also became his patient in 2000. He is an excellent Doctor, very knowledgeable in all fields of medicine. He has a great sense humor. We always have a fun visit whenever we need his care. He is very attentive, always makes sure we are following all Specialist Drs care instructions. La secretaria muy grosera
I would never return to this doctor. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area, followed by another 20 minutes in the exam room. When he finally arrived, he was incredibly rude, acting as if he was bothered by his patients. This level of care and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
Some say it’s a little too far to travel to see a doctor but if you want the best PCP there is then you'll make the drive…I have been a patient of Dr Gecht since 1988 when i use to live is Staten Island ...i now live in Delaware ...i call it a u-turn ...and will make the 3 hr trip because he is the best ...
