I came here with my grandma for a minor surgery regarding her leg. Just as support so she wouldn’t be alone. Her appointment was at 9:30 am We arrived at 9 am only to be waiting until 9:45 which can be understood because of prep work. What is not understood is the fact that it is currently 11:46.
