The providers are great, but the issue is with front office leadership. The office director, Rosie, and her supervisor were rude, unprofessional, and unable to communicate effectively. They talked over me, showed no respect for patients, and even hung up on me. I’ve also been unable to reach Dr. Salerno directly because staff is gatekeeping communication with no alternatives provided. This should not reflect the standards of the medical group.
I love this office. Keira is the best. She listen she is caring and assure that your heath is her number one priority. Love her
I've just recently choose this physican for my mom because they have home services. The Dr has requested services for my mom since February & to date we're still waiting. I call this office daily, occasionally speak with Ms. Candace & my Dr said she doesn't receive messages I leave. Will be going thru my mom's insurance company to find another Dr. This is ridiculous!! What quality health care can you be providing Update the other sad part is my mom passed & the Dr. never even sent any condolences.. I'd never recommend this D... read more
