I've just recently choose this physican for my mom because they have home services. The Dr has requested services for my mom since February & to date we're still waiting. I call this office daily, occasionally speak with Ms. Candace & my Dr said she doesn't receive messages I leave. Will be going thru my mom's insurance company to find another Dr. This is ridiculous!! Great doctor! Recommend.
Last week I went to an appointment and spent three hours at the doctors office to be seen. Next day I spent also three hours waiting to see the doctor costing me to pay someone to pickup my kids from school and also pay to babysit because doctor could not see me at the time of my appointment .Third day that same week I waited 2 hours for documentation for work about my illness just to tell me doctor never maid it to sign paperwork.
