Had some warranty work done, I am from Utah down here in Yuma for the winter, Alexander Ford was able to get that done for me before I head back north, Frank the service advisor helped me out, he even had my truck washed, thank you for all your help and everyone else I had spoke with on helping me get my truck in and out on a timely manner. Great job.

I've only given 5 stars to a very few businesses who have earned it. Made an appointment, a few days prior, for an oil change. My vehicle was taken to the service bay, exactly on time, the service was completed at an approximate estimated time, my vehicle was washed and dried, windshield cleaned. I was greeted by a service advisor as soon as I drove up, he took charge of the vehicle at that point. This place is great! Superb customer service at the service department and the finance managers are great!! I couldn’t ask for better communication as well! These guys really know how to take care of their customers.

I want to start off and say my family and I give honest opinions, though we don't always know the big picture, we try to walk in others' shoes. We initially took our 2003 Ford Excursion to Ford Service for a sensor they found out was bad and draining our battery, 1700.00. After paying that, they offered to service the A/C system, which they did, giving me an option to having the compressor replaced by my mechanic and bringing my trk back within a year to get the recharge it.
