Excellent service, prompt pick up and return.
I had a brake caliper lock up on me while I was a few hours from home. Called Alexander Ford service and they were able to work me in right away. They replaced both in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Their service advisor was great and the technician was awesome. He even hooked my trailer backup after cleaning up the area he worked on.
Really great experience from start to finish! Worked with Stefani, would recommend her fully! We live out of area and they offered several options to help try to make our buying process easier! Offered fair trade value also! Alvin the Sales Manager helped us out as well. Everyone was so nice! After scouring the Internet, this was the dealership that had the vehicle we were looking for, and I’m glad it was!
