I am torn. Nine years ago, I worked with Steve, Maria, and Chris to select a beautiful custom wedding set for my wife. We spent more than $20,000 on her rings, earrings, and necklace. I cannot recommend Alexanders Fine Jewelers enough. Yesterday, I arrived late in the day with my father in laws Tag Heuer watch that was in need of repair. Within seconds the amazing young man looked at it clicked a button and said its working just fine. He explained how the watch worked. I did not tell him that i had just come from another local jeweler that said it was in need to be sent out to be repaired for approximately $200. What a fabulous employee. Took my diamond ring in to have the prongs tightened, at the time they said the jeweler was on vacation and it would take more than a week. We pre paid, got the slip and waited. Two weeks passed and checked on it, they sad jeweler got pneumonia and they sent it out. First off without contacting me for permission to send it out.
