I went to Alexander’s Fine Jewelers today to have my watch sized. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by the staff unfortunately I don’t remember their names but what I really appreciated was even though I wasn’t there to purchase anything they did not pressure me into buying anything!! Annie!! Omg, Annie. Never have I felt MORE comfortable, LESS pressured and TOTALLY welcomed by an associate at a jewelry store. She was truthfully invested in my needs and there FOR me. I would highly recommend that anyone needing anything from this place, ask for ANNIE!! She is AMAZING. I can't wait to see my final product!
I came in with an existing pair of stud earrings that were hurting me when I slept. I assumed I had to buy a new setting. Maria was so helpful in suggesting that they try trimming the posts first to see if that helped and that worked perfectly! I so appreciate a creative solution vs. just trying to sell me a new setting. Highly recommend!
Maria and her staff are so helpful. They have been kind, courteous, and informative whether making a purchase, repairing an item, or contacting me when sales happen. They are definitely customer service oriented.
