I would not suggest anyone to send they child to him. I trusted him with my child for a hernia removal & if it wasn’t for me taking my child back to the emergency room after calling his nurses complaining things wasn’t right. I could’ve lost my child. Thank God to the surgeon who fixed her surgery that Dr.Feliz caused by doing something wrong which caused my child to have a good amount of intestines removed.
