I have been looking a very long time to find a doctor who honestly cares and will work hard to help me find what’s wrong with me this Doctor is who I have looked for he’s simply a very caring doctor and who knows what he is doing and will do what it takes to help you. I’m blown away at the level of care I would highly recommend Doctors Alexander F. Laceras, and his very friendly staff.
If I could give Dr. Laceras more than five stars I would!!!!! My entire family switched to him in February 2023 at the Rosenberg office. We are all able to get in to see him quickly. He is incredibly professional and has a very sweet, gentle bedside appearance. I am an RN of 27 years and I can vouch that he is very competent in his medical decisions. Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. This doctor has no idea how to perform an annual exam and it ended up costing us so much money because my husband had to keep coming back protest that should have been part of his annual exam. And then they coded his return visits as if they were new appointments when they were part of his annual exam which was covered 100% by insurance. So after many months of trying to rectify this billing mistake and being told they were fixing the coding and resubmitting invoices to our insurance... read more
