The company gave me a 3 hr window and arrived shortly thereafter. The tech had a good attitude and got to work and unclogged my washing machine line. Totally satisfied with this company and recommend them!!! So glad I found them online!!! I can honestly say I felt relieved I was not giving the run around!!
It was a pleasant experience when the technician who came to our house to address our problem. He was very polite, friendly and accommodating. He was clear and thorough with instructions and patient. So far we have a few issues but that is expected, he supplied us with information. Highly recommend :)
We've had plumbing problems for the last few months with 2 of our toilets. One was running after flushed and the other was leaking. A plumber tended to the problems a month ago but it seems the problems only got worse. The latter toilet was spraying water and the problem with the first toilet persisted. We contacted this plumber and they were prompt with responses as well as appointment choices for our convenience. He came by the evening of the same day to help us. He was very polite and helpful!
