Unprofessional, condescending, not willing to listen to the patient, passive agressive, and dismissive of the patient even after he realizes he's wrong. Come on HMC, what are we doing? You NEVER use to have providers, (let alone emergency department providers) who felt justified treating patients like this. It's a sad and unfortunate decline in quality of care.
