Dr. Deak and his staff are very responsive, don't keep you waiting and explain things in terms that a lay person can grasp, even giving analogies to help me understand complex medical issues. More than that he helped me when something scary cropped up all of a sudden. He was able to get me in to an imaging center the same day.
