I have been a patient of Dr. Alexander for several years, and I am incredibly sad to see her leave. Dr. Alexander is a truly exceptional physician who cares for the whole person. She provided outstanding care for my diabetes, bridging the gap with expertise and reassurance while I waited to see an endocrinologist. Dr Alexander coded the blood tests wrong so Medicare wouldn't pay for them. When I called up, their machine says it may take DAYS for them to return the call. They never did. I called again, the assistant said she passed it to Dr. A, but nothing. Said she would physically run it to her. Nothing. They bill medicare with insane codings, calling this first visit something whacko. Go see my review on google. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE or these doctors. Just learned a friend had the same thing happen to him. And he was seeing the ot... read more
