Dr Alexander coded the blood tests wrong so Medicare wouldn't pay for them. When I called up, their machine says it may take DAYS for them to return the call. They never did. I called again, the assistant said she passed it to Dr. A, but nothing. Said she would physically run it to her. Nothing. They bill medicare with insane codings, calling this first visit something whacko. Go see my review on google. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE or these doctors. Dr. Alexander is a thorough & compassionate physician: she listens & interacts w' her patient during examinations.
Nice enough, but one has to be comfortable with the doctor and the practice. I won't be returning as I was told to call my insurance company and ask what meds are covered with FEP Blue. I have never had to do this with any other doctors. Just not a good fit for me.
