Good workmanship but EXTREMELY poor customer service!!! He has had my wedding ring for 3 1/2 months! He has been closed for the last 2 months and left no way to contact him!
Google says your store is open. The sign on the door says you're closed. The store hours on the window say you're supposed to be open. I called to see if I could bring in my bracelet for a minor repair and no one answered. Not very professional. If there's a reason you can't be open, that's understandable, but put a sign up stating when you'll reopen.
