I highly recommend this company. The quality of the work was excellent but what really impressed me is the professionalism of everyone who helped get this project planned, scheduled and completed. So kind and honest and very responsive to my many questions.
We had pavers and pool refinished. Pool workers broke an irrigation pipe then claimed to have fixed it but never ran the system to see if it was actually repaired. The company that Alexander Pools recommended and INSURED for the job, pavered over many of the sprinkler heads even after we offered to have an irrigation company come out to make adjustments prior to starting the job. Great work on the entire project. Start to finish. Better than we could have thought. Great design , great suggestions by Sara (tiles for pool and spa) Steve (pool design) and the crew Mike and his team - Abraham, Miller and Jeremy with the finishing touches. Very very happy. Alexander did what they said they would do! Stressful for us since we never did a pool, but they walked us through it.
Although my pool was a difficult project involving retaining walls and massive landscaping and other companies that couldn’t stick to schedules, Alexander pools were always there to get the job done quickly and efficiently. My pool is beautiful and Sara is a kind, helpful owner.
People always tell me how bad is the process of building a pool but I don’t know what is that because with Alexander custom pools it was amazing. The crew super professional , Sara Alexander amazing!! My wife is happy , my kids are happy . Thanks !!!
