We are so very happy by the quality of service and professionalism Alexander Contracting provided. They removed our kitchen backsplash and installed a new one with precision and efficiency. The attention to detail with the difficulty in cutting the glass tiles we chose was executed with great skill. They set the standard for how all tradespeople should conduct their business We highly recommend Alexander Contracting.

There wasn’t an option for 0 STARS so the 1 star I had to give is very generous! Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. The paint job was unacceptable and had to be redone twice. When it became clear it would need to need to be done a third time, we decided to part ways and let them go with unfinished work. Alexander Contracting did interior work on my house in Oberlin. They did not respond to my requests to fix plumbing problems that they could have easily remedied while they were doing the initial job. This cost me an extra $5000. Had to get all of the interior doors they installed reworked to fit properly. Some of their work was ok but their lack of response led me to work with another contractor, Norm Bevan, when it came to building a 2 car garage and a complete renovation of the exterior. Highly recommend using Alexander Contracting LLC for any home improvement project! They took a wall out in our older home to give it a more open layout. Very professional, timely, and had great communication. They also did the work for a great price. We are so happy with the results!
