Talked to Josh Alexander on phone. Told him what we wanted to build and that we already had our floor plan. Gave him our budget amount and size of home we wanted. He says shouldnt be a problem to build for our budget amount. We were required to sign a $2450.00 "design agreement". Next thing we know, his estimate was over $200,000.00 ABOVE our budget. ACH is the best builder, or contractor for that matter, we’ve ever worked with. They’re on-time, on-budget and communicate throughout the build process. We were just so impressed with their responsiveness to our questions and occasional change requests. The experience was so good…we just hired them again.

In this day and age, it is difficult to find a contractor that will show up and do exactly what they said they would do. When I saw ACH showing up every day on a project across the street from my house, I knew I wanted to work with them on my home project. Ely was great to work with. Everything was spelled out ahead of time from the start date, materials and timeline. I would highly recommend working with ACH on your next home improvement project if you want high quality craftsmanship. Thanks ACH!

Dude literally lied and said the homeowners didn't pay him, so because of that, he couldn't pay us for the cabinets we built. Homeowners reached out to us for touch up paint, we told them they're not getting anything because we weren't paid. They informed us that they HAD in fact paid him, and he just scammed us.

Could not be happier with the results and the work it took to get there. Had a “small job” (my thoughts) that turned out to be way more involved. They took the time to get the job done correctly and completely. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future projects.
