This is a review not about DrA.Cole , he is perfect specialist -this is about administrative office and total mess and disaster with their system . They not responding to the call, it is impossible to schedule appointments . That is Boston leading hospital and what a shame . Theirs patients portal is a Zero response too. How they operate I have no Idea. Never expected such from medical Facility .
I had prostate surgery last December 2024, Dr Alexander Cole was great. Overall great experience at Mass General Bringham, the receiving clerks, nurses, doctors were fantastic!!!
