RecommendedIt was so easy to get the initial appointment. Staff showed up for quote, measuring the windows, and installed were all very professional and attentive. All my questions and inquiry were taken serious and answered. I felt very comfortable that they will do the best for me. And, they did. I had three quotes, and their's was the best in term of price and detail. It was not a easy job since my house was built in 1910, and the windows were 25 years old. Good job!
We recently had two upstairs windows replaced because one of the old ones broke. After requesting an estimate John Alexander was in the area came by to discuss my needs, take proper measurements, and recommend replacements with explanation of the required work that would fit the aesthetic of my property that my HOA required. They do great work. The windows they installed are wonderful. Very professional. I will definitely use them again.
Punctual, professional, polite and positive. These guys do great work, work quickly and clean up after themselves. I have used them twice now, three windows of various sizes and a set of sliders. This is the only company I will use for doors and windows as long as I live in their area.
