the best for the care of our pets but the receptionists occupy classes of attitude and customer service they always have a bad attitude and bad face towards the customer that they should consider because of their receptionists they can lose many customers, believe me that a person always returns to where he is well received

If I could make a review with zero stars that would be helpful. The front office staff have nasty attitudes and give you a terrible experience here’s a thought just because you are miserable don’t try to put that off on the customer. The vet care could be awesome but your front office needs a customer service class
I took my kitten in yesterday to have her spayed. They were very nice and helpful. The woman who was going to bring her put her flea collar and harness on her for me. I hadn't been able to do it at home. She's fine tonight and will be asleep soon.
