Sadly, my 99 year old mother had an appointment with Dr. Barnes on an unusually cold and rainy afternoon. She arrived on time and waited an hour. She was then told it would be another hour before she would see Dr. Barnes! Really, a two hour wait? If you are running that far behind, have the common courtesy to notify the patient and reschedule! That disrespect is no way to treat anyone. You deserve zero stars. Who do you think you are?
