I bought a tennis bracelet from Browns for my wife for Mother’s Day and had a really lovely experience. Dominika helped me in store and was really knowledgable and patient while helping me choose the right piece. The bracelet is beautiful and the quality is great. Horrible experience at the store in Sheffield I was looking for a ring for myself after being recommended it by a relative after being completely snubbed and mocked my a member of staff I asked for the manager who wasn’t all that much more helpful she was belittling me asking if I was “ really serious about purchasing the ring otherwise she wouldn’t have time for me “ it was truly awful and has put me off the brand as a whole. I went into Alexander Brown Jewellers in Bluewater looking for a bracelet for my fiancée and honestly had no idea where to start. Gosia was incredible. She was friendly, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. THEY LOST OUR ENGAGEMENT RING! I purchased a ring from the Meadowhall, Sheffield store with great customer service. However, when we went back to get it resized it should have taken two weeks to return to us.
