I had an awful experience at Alexander Brown in both stores in Cape Town, where my engagement ring was originally purchased and here at Trafford centre. My ring needed resizing and I was told in the store in Cape Town that the branch in Trafford Centre would’ve taken care of it and do the resizing for me. Just perfect. From the initial visit to a second visit just to remind myself how much I wanted my solitaire ring, to collecting it after being resized and cleaned. Special thanks to Juandre at Meadowhall who took the time to explain the diamond, show me alternatives and his patience while I made up my mind. The whole experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end and so unlike anything else on the high street. 5* experience from the moment we walked through the door, to the final days before our wedding. Special shout out to Gregory who took us through our journey with Alexander Brown. He helped us pick a pretty specific wedding band and even offered the courtesy of cleaning my engagement ring. He ordered the wedding band into the store, made the purchase and arranged once more for the rings to be cleaned days before our wedding.
