I had a broken table and, in November 2019, Jeff Anglin assured me that Alexander Brothers would be able to fix it. Mr. Anglin said it would take 2 months for the work to be completed. I emailed Alexander Brothers in late January 2020 and asked about my repair. Mr. Anglin said that Alexander Brothers had become "too busy" for a small repair like mine and that I should retrieve the table. I used Alexander Brothers to do my kitchen and had a very good experience so last year when we added a master suite I overrode my contractor and insisted that Alexander Brothers do the bathroom. I purchased all the marble from them and they did a cosmetically beautiful job but within a few months a crack had opened up at a major grout joint. UPDATE-My repairs were completed and my entire granite countertop was cleaned and resealed 3 weeks ago!! I am updating my review to reflect the excellent customer service that I received recently! Thank you Alexander Brothers and both Jeff's!! I would give 5 stars for excellent service, installation and products. However, I had a couple of chips we caused and wanted to get them repaired, plus getting my granite resealed in areas that do not appear to have been sealed properly.
