I had appointments for two crowns and was required to pay in full up front. There were lab problems delaying delivery. I had a family emergency requiring me to leave Florida before the crowns were completed. I had to request the completed crowns be mailed to me. Dr Brao refused to give me a partial refund so I could get the crowns seated in California. So now I will have to pay another dentist to complete the work Dr. Brao never finished but was charged for.
