I LOVE Alexander Books. I love the selection, the atmosphere, and the people. I haven't had a bad experience there. I bring unwanted books there and I get a bunch of wanted ones. It's a beautiful thing.
I love this place! I've been going to it since I was a kid, before they moved, and if anything it is even more cozy and homey and delightful to visit. We need more used book stores like this in Lafayette, especially ones so involved in supporting the local arts and authors! <3

Great places to find some great used books. So many rooms to browse. Highly recommend checking out the books.
Great place to browse for used books. Every room in this lovely house turned bookstore is loaded floor to ceiling with books and there are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas to relax in and tables to sit at to get some work done, too.
